Fotereno ("the app") is developed with your privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
1. No Data Collection
Fotereno does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data with us or with any third party. The app works entirely offline. We do not operate any server that receives, stores, or processes your information.
2. Information You Create
While using Fotereno, you may enter or capture the following information:
- Photos taken with your camera or selected from your gallery
- Client names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Job descriptions, notes, and signatures
- Your business profile information (name, logo, contact details)
All of this information is stored only on your device, using local storage. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or made accessible to us or any third party.
3. Backup and Export
Fotereno allows you to create a backup file of your data, and to export reports as PDF or image files. These files are created and shared entirely through actions you initiate (for example, sending a report by email or messaging app). We have no access to these files and no involvement in where you choose to send them.
4. Permissions
Fotereno requests the following device permissions:
- Camera: to let you take photos directly within the app for your reports.
- Storage/Photos: to let you select existing photos from your gallery and save exported reports.
These permissions are used solely to provide the app's core functionality and are never used to collect or transmit data elsewhere.
5. In-App Purchase
Fotereno offers a one-time purchase to unlock the full version. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store any payment or card information. The app only checks with Google Play whether the purchase has been made, in order to unlock the full version. Google's Privacy Policy applies to the purchase.
6. No Advertising or Analytics
Fotereno does not display ads and does not use any analytics or tracking services.
7. Children's Privacy
Fotereno is not directed at children and is not intended for use by children.
8. This Website
The fotereno.com website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. The website is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard technical server logs (for example, IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service. The embedded YouTube video loads only when a visitor clicks it; at that point, Google's/YouTube's Privacy Policy applies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
